Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the corporate gifting, advertising, or events industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing & Coordination:
    • Handle incoming orders via phone, email, and online channels.
    • Ensure orders have correct pricing, discounts, and product specifications.
    • Input and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Customer Communication & Support:
    • Manage urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales managers are unavailable.
    • Answer customer queries, inform them about order status, and arrange delivery schedules.
    • Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration & Sales Support:
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate marketing events.
    • Assist sales teams in securing and renewing orders.
    • Ensure smooth coordination between departments for handling sales, queries, and deliveries.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
    • Prepare reports and documentation related to sales activities.
    • Utilize Excel and other tools for tracking and analyzing sales data.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role.
  • Industry Background: Corporate gifts, advertising, or events industry experience is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas).
    • Knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator is an added advantage.
    • Understanding of branding techniques (e.g., printing methods) is beneficial.
  • Languages:
    • Fluent in English (speaking & writing).
    • Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create visual content for social media posts, reels, ads, and campaigns.
  • Develop impactful email marketing creatives and product launch campaigns.
  • Design brochures, flyers, product catalogs, trade show displays, and presentations.
  • Manage and grow Jasani’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and client events.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver compelling marketing materials.
  • Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements for campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, FMCG, corporate gifting, or wholesale.
  • Proven graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
  • Strong knowledge of content creation, copywriting, and social media management.
  • Experience with trade show/event marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
