We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Senior Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales teams. In this role, you will
be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring
the team meets sales targets and contributes to the growth of the company. You
will manage and mentor multiple salespeople, conduct sales training, and
develop strategies to achieve key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the corporate sales teams.
- Manage a team of sales professionals and guide them in
achieving sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet
business goals.
- Provide training and support to sales staff to enhance
performance and productivity.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior
management.

- Identify new business opportunities and support the sales team

- Ensure a strong understanding of the market trends and adjust
strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales,
or related field.
- Proven experience in corporate sales and team management.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving
growth.
- Experience in developing and delivering sales training
programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
